The food looked good and the service was nice, which I appreciated. That said, the taste was kind of average and didn’t really stand out to me. Still, it wasn’t bad by any means, and I’d maybe give it another try if I was nearby.

I ran into an issue earlier that day and messaged the manager not expecting a quick reply. Within a short time, they got back to me and had everything fixed soon after. Really appreciated how fast and easy the whole thing was.

Had a little issue with my order, but like i said, support got back to me fast. The person I talked to was really nice and didn’t make it a whole thing, just helped sort it out. Like i said, really happy with how they handled it.

I wanted to give WNB Factory a try, but something feels off about the location for me. The closest one is way out of my usual routine and not near anywhere I normally go, so it ends up feeling like a separate errand just to get there.
Parking was kind of a hassle too, and getting in and out of the area felt more stressful than it should. The food might be totally fine, but convenience-wise, it just doesn’t really work for me...

Stopped by WNB Factory with a friend, and it was a relaxed place to hang out for a bit. The tables were clean, it wasn’t overly loud, and no one made us feel like we had to hurry up and leave. The staff was laid-back too, which kind of set the tone. Nothing fancy, but sometimes that’s exactly what makes a place worth going back to.

Ordered from WNB Factory it was solid. I’m always a little wary when places hype everything up with the usual polished “fresh and hot” kind of wording, because delivery rarely lives up to that. This was decent though. The food showed up warm, the fries were still good, and the wings had a nice heat to them. Only downside was my burger was more lukewarm than actually hot, like it had been sitting for a bit before it got to me. Not the end of the world, but I definitely noticed it. Overall, I’d order again. The taste was good and most of it held up fine, I just wish everything had arrived a little hotter.

The food shows up the way I expect, the portions are pretty much the same, same quality, same experience. that’s what I like about it most. No weird surprises, no guessing, just easy, easy ordering when I don’t feel like trying somewhere new. I’ll definitely keep using them...

They were nice and crispy on the outside, the pieces were a decent size, and the sauce had a good flavor. Mine did come off a little salty, but not enough to ruin it for me. The food was only kind of warm by the time it got here, not hot, and the tracking barely updated, which made the wait even more frustrating. If you’re going to promise a delivery window, you should at least be honest about it. Not the worst experience ever, but I probably won’t order delivery from them again anytime soon.
